From Juncos, Puerto Rico, Beth's beauty journey began when she decided to move to San Juan. She studied cosmetology in 2014. After graduating, she landed a job with a renowned beauty company as a brow artist. After working there for a few years, Beth felt the need to elevate her art.
She then took her first flight to Manhattan, where she met the great Kelley Baker Brows in 2018. Upon returning to Puerto Rico, it was time to embark on her own venture. That's how Bethh Brows & Beauty was born in 2018, driven by the desire to experiment with new strategies and ideas and the freedom to establish a mission for her business – Saving lives, one brow at a time. Beth Pagan has designed brows for many local influencers, artists, and is currently known as "the official artist for Misses."
Bethh Brows & Beauty has sponsored the Miss Universe Puerto Rico pageant since 2020. She has also been nominated twice at The Brow Awards in England. Beth's success is due to her clients and their referrals. A happy client is the best advertisement there is.
